The Santa Barbara Trail Riders is a group of men bound together by a common interest—the love of horses. The traditions that have carried this organization forward for the past 70 years are based on fellowship, western lore, horsemanship, and the privilege of being able to ride on some of the most beautiful ranches in the world.
What makes this group successful is that a man is looked at how he treats his horse and how he rides. No one gives a hoot what his title is. Trail Riders come from all walks of life.
The competition between members is good natured and fun. Events include trail riding, horseshoes, team sorting, and team calf branding.
We are there for the love of the horse and the friendship of people you can trust with your life.
